The exhibition has been created by Carl Nielsen Museet in close collaboration with the research project “Carl Nielsen – European Composer, University of Copenhagen”, incorporating the latest knowledge in the field. The collaboration includes the selection of themes, music, objects, and exhibition design. The project’s four researchers – Professor Michael Fjeldsøe, Katarina Smitt Engberg, Bjarke Moe, and Peter Hauge – worked alongside the development of the museum and the publication of the book “Carl Nielsen: A Cultural-Historical Biography”, which complements the exhibition.

Note: the museum is dimly lit and includes flashing lights.
